In general, fascia training consists of various forms of movement to give the fascia specific impulses. But gentle fascia yoga can do even more, because it is developed from sensory perception and includes the system of meridians, i.e. the energy channels that run largely in fascia. In this way, the fascia system is cared for holistically.
