The yogiblock® hard foam block is a super-lightweight aid for yoga practice. The yoga block was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and robustness in mind.
The Yoga block can be used, for example, to support the hands in standing poses such as Trikonasana, or as a support for the hands in Peacock pose (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples. Incidentally, its lightness is particularly useful for transportation and travel.
