The yogiblock® supersize hard foam block is an ultra-lightweight aid for yoga practice. Larger than the yogiblock big, it was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and maximum hardness and robustness in mind.
You can use the yoga block, for example, to support the hands in standing postures such as Trikonasana, or as a support for the hands in Peacock pose (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples.
Incidentally, its lightness is particularly useful for transportation and travel.
