A wine-like drink made from fresh ginger juice. The fresh ginger juice is mixed with the other ingredients and fermented in accordance with Ayurvedic tradition (Asava method).
The Ginger Elixir MILD has a superbly subtle ginger flavor, similar to a sweet "sherry." It can be drunk before or after a meal.
