A mala is a necklace that has been used for meditation for thousands of years. It supports you on your spiritual path and helps you manifest your goals. A mala can not only accompany you during meditation, but can also be a wonderful and positive support in everyday life. It consists of 108 beads. Each mala also has a guru bead. This "extra bead" marks the start and end point of the meditation. The tassel at the end of the mala unites all the threads and concentrates the energy. It reminds you that everything is connected.

The mala necklace comes to you in a small bag made of organic cotton. The bags are made from leftover product waste so that all resources are used and utilized.
