Special Dossier Topic: Burn-out - Causes, Chances and Ways Out
Burn-out has been the subject of much discussion this year. In the dossier of the new issue, we try to get to the bottom of the topic. To do this, we interviewed yoga teachers and Ayurveda experts and talked to people who are on the yogic and spiritual path and yet have been affected by burn-out. Our articles deal with the causes of burn-out and with tips on how to avoid and treat it, as well as with the opportunity for a complete new beginning that can arise from the collapse.
