I am very happy with it. The different units build up wonderfully to the flows, which are quite challenging. Finally, not a tired programme, but one with ambition. For beginners, the asanas/flows are also shown in a weakened version with a not so extremely strenuous execution. So there is something for everyone. The sea in the background and very pleasant music. Young-Ho Kim's explanations are from the master in the truest sense of the word.
