Superlatives are definitely appropriate to describe chia seeds - because they are not only rich in valuable fatty acids but also in fibre, vitamins and minerals. Just 2 tablespoons with 15 g of chia seeds provide an amazing spectrum of valuable nutrients! They can be used in muesli, smoothies, soy yoghurt or baked goods without any complications. Tip: in homemade bread, they not only provide important nutrients but also keep it fresh even longer and give it a fine touch.
